Terms & Conditions

Information displayed on Fabrics By Echelon is provided for general product and service enquiries. Fabric availability, colour, specifications, pricing and service availability may change and are confirmed at the time of enquiry or quotation. Colours can appear differently on different screens; we are glad to help you see a cloth before you decide.

Consultation and corporate requests are subject to confirmation by our team. Sending a request does not create an order or a commitment on either side. Any final commercial terms will be communicated separately in the relevant quotation or order documentation.

Shop prices are in Indian rupees per metre. Checkout shows how GST and any delivery charge apply, and the total you pay, before you pay. That total is confirmed by our system when you place the order; if a price or availability changes while you are checking out, we show you the new total first.

Your order is confirmed once payment is received. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Razorpay; we never see your card or bank details. If a payment does not go through, no money is taken and your order stays saved so you can try again.

Fabric is cut to the length you ordered after payment and delivered within India to the address you give at checkout. Your order page shows each step, with the carrier and tracking number once your parcel is dispatched.

If an order is cancelled or refunded, the refund is made to your original payment method; your bank may take a few working days to show it. For any question about an order, contact us and quote your order reference.
